Appearance

Rose has long, black hair that she typically wears straightened with her bangs pulled back in a bang. She has tan nearly blemishless skin, she has an intense skincare rountine that she's ver obsessive complusive about. Rose is 5'7 and around average weight. She typically wears blouses, skinny jeans and heels or blouses, high-waisted skirts and flats or heels.

Personality

Rose is a very intelligent girl, but tends to act ditzy because she thinks it will increase her popularity. She isn't the nicest girl you'd ever meet either, Rose can be quite snarky and bitchy. Ocassionly she lets her intelligence shine through, she tends to use this to come up with something cruel to say that cuts deep. While being rather mean, Rosie has a soft spot for animals, having a dog and kitten herself. Rose can be quite obsessive compulvise with many little rituals and quirks, like her skin care routine. She can be very persuasive and manipulative, often getting people to do what she wants. Rose is also very flirty and is often caught by teachers in awkward situations.
